Welcome to the G-TEC EDUCATION virtual university platform, your online learning and knowledge collaboration platform. The following are some of the features that are available via the platform.
Q. How do I get an account on the platform?
Your account needs to be created by your platform administrator. You can contact them to create your account. You will then receive an email with your user id and password.
Q. How do I sign in?
You can sign in using the user id and password received by email. Please note that if you are asked to provide your complete user id, you should enter your user id which includes the @your_organization_handle in the end, for eg. student_id@college1 or employee_id@company1 or your_email@institute1.
Q. I have forgotten my password?
You can reset your password using the FORGOT PASSWORD option. You need to provide your user id and you will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password. In case you do not receive the email, or are unable to reset your password, you can contact your platform administrator to set a new password for you.
Q. I have forgotten my user id?
You can get your user id using the I DO NOT REMEMBER MY USER ID option under the FORGOT PASSWORD option. You need to provide your email id and you will then receive an email with your user id(s) registered with that email. In case you do not know both your user id and your registered email, you can contact your platform administrator to get the details.
Q. Who do I contact in case of any issues?
In case of any issues in accessing your account, it is best for you to contact your platform administrator, and they can help you in accessing your account.
